Como especialista en creación de riqueza y liderazgo, ayudé a co-crear el Método Momentum, un conjunto de herramientas diseñadas para la vida del siglo XXI y más allá, que cubre la creación de riqueza, el liderazgo, el bienestar y las relaciones prósperas.
En 2014, fui preseleccionado para el premio "Trainer of the Year", por la APCTC (Asociación de Entrenadores, Formadores y Consultores Profesionales) de Gran Bretaña. En septiembre de 2017 fui preseleccionada para el prestigioso premio "Woman Inspiration" 2017 en Reino Unido. In December 2017 I received an award in the British Houses of Parliament for my contribution and services in career and working with migrant women. In June 2018 I was listed among 33 successful women entrepreneurs in the ex-Yu region.

As the Training Manager in a UK airport company in the 1980s, Bill regularly engaged in a style of conversations with managers, executives and his own team that would in later years be described as coaching. It was when he experienced his first training in NLP in 1988, that the skills and abilities he gained transformed the nature, quality, speed and effectiveness of those conversations. Mario Burgos, Co-Founder of the International NLP Coaching Alliance (ICAN) and Co-Director of the NLP Institute of Uruguay (iPNL), has extensive experience in the field of coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. His approach focuses on applying these principles in organizational and educational contexts, seeking to develop soft skills and transversal competencies in individuals and companies. Trained directly by John Grinder, co-creator of NLP, as an NLP and New Code NLP Trainer, Mario integrates this knowledge with a modern vision of human and organizational development.
With 15 years of experience in the financial sector, training in Marketing, and studies in Digital Transformation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Mario brings a broad and up-to-date perspective on the challenges facing organizations today. This combination of practical experience and technical knowledge allows him to effectively address the development of skills and competencies in various contexts. Both in his professional practice and in his work at iPNL, Mario has participated in the training of hundreds of professional coaches and NLP practitioners through the institute’s certification programs.

After encountering personal development and change techniques early on in his career, particularly NLPand works from the Palo-Alto school, David plunged head-in and quickly became trained and certified. He currently coaches corporate leaders and professionals evolving in demanding environments (politicians, promising and professional athletes, comedians, actors and film directors, …), and anybody interested in challenging their status quo. He’s been particularly influenced by the work of John Grinder, who trained him directly for a number of years. He’s been maybe the only coach who was for a time explicitly and publicly endorsed by John.
He authored two books in French, one on the process of coaching, and the second one on the management of talents in companies (including self-management). John Grinder, the co-creator of NLP, welcomed his first book as “an exquisite and welcome contribution to the presentation and development of NLP and New Code NLP” (foreword).
Prior to his current commitment to coaching and training, he worked as a management and strategic consultant for two decades and has led C-level/high stakes projects (IT design and implementation, transformation of organizations and processes, M&A, governance, …) in some of the largest international companies and start-up environments.
He is a lecturer and trainer in companies and at the French Central Military school (the equivalent of US Army War College). Previously, he taught Political Philosophy as a faculty member at a French University (InstitutCatholique de Paris) and left the month he received tenure.
He graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and has an MA in philosophy (La Sorbonne).

Claudio is a professor in higher education at the National Technological University in the city of Mar del Plata. He is also a lawyer and an auctioneer and public broker. He is also certified in family constellations, Ericksonian hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), emotional intelligence and management, mindfulness, and is a co-author of a book on assertive communication with NLP. Eric has extensive experience working with challenging behavior. He began his career as a street-based youth worker, supporting young people facing homelessness, drug addiction, and crime. He then focused on outdoor education, helping young offenders turn their lives around. Eric later transitioned to the care sector, managing a unit for SEBD boys and developing independence programs. As a qualified teacher, he specialized in SEBD and worked in challenging classrooms.
Eric is a Principal Trainer with Team-Teach and delivers various courses. He is also a certified Master NLP Practitioner and Coach/Trainer, incorporating these skills into his work. Eric shares his expertise through his YouTube channel, “Behaviour guru,” offering guidance on behavior management. He believes in providing choices and resourceful states rather than restrictive approaches.
